Coping with Fear is Not an Option

Fear Exposed. Day two...

One of the responsibilities a good father assumes is to teach his children to face their fears and to push through them. This is true for the Christian and non‐Christian father alike. God Is Bigger than Government

Fear Exposed. Day four...

During a minister's conference I attended a couple of years ago, I heard the harrowing testimony of a young man who, as a boy, was terrorized during the regime of Idi Amin. Fear Exposed. Day nine...

A few months ago I visited the official website of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. I made some notes from what I read under the business section of the site. Three of the bullet points promoting the North Korean economy stood out to me as quite suspicious:

  • Stable. A government with solid security and very stable political system, without corruption.
  • Full diplomatic relations with most EU members and rest of countries.
  • Transparant legal work. Legal procedures, intellectual rights, patents and warranties for investors settled.

Deception in the Garden

Fear Exposed. Day ten...

He had no camera. He had no printing press, which would have done him no good since he had no paper. He had no pen and he had no ink. But he had a craftiness, a shrewdness, a slyness about him that was unmatched by any other creature. He was also loaded with bling—covered with precious stones that sparkled like fire.
