Give Me That Mountain

The power of the testimony

"For all the promises of God in Him (are) Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us (2 Corinthians 1:20 NKJV)."

The testimony you hear is the personal witness of another person telling you, "What God says is true. I know it's true because I experienced it."

The testimony you speak is your personal witness telling someone else, "You can believe what God says. What He says worked for me and it will work for you."

Be strengthened by these testimonies, from people who have witnessed first-hand that when God says something He means it. And add to the list by sharing your testimony with the rest of us.

It is not uncommon for prayers to be answered just from hearing the testimony of someone else. Maybe God will use your testimony to help change another person's life.

You know when I started off my day with some Bible verses about patience I didn't have near the trouble. That first thing in the morning preparation really works.

I experienced God's favor today at about 2:00 at the courthouse. After the tornado a guy who had given me permission to scrap on his property then turned around and had me arrested for stealing. I asked God for favor with the judge and when it was my turn in the court, the guy didn't show up so the judge dropped the charges.
